This is the shirt Pop-Pop loved!
“Most knew him as ‘Piney’. We called him that ‘cause he grew up in Lumberton, right there on the edge of the Pine Barrens. His first real job was driving a school bus. He got awful smart driving that bus, he did, ‘cause by the time he went on, he’d built the largest law firm in southern Jersey. Wintertime, he’d spend at Diz’s shack on them broadbills or over at Forty-acre Pond sittin’ for black ducks. Summertime, he’d leave Mt. Holly by four o’clock. By quarter past five, he’d be in his boat headin’ down the bay… half-dressed and shirttail a flappin’… loved fishing that whitewater, he did. No matter what, he usually had his twin grandsons ‘long side…they called him Pop-Pop”
- Harold T. “Piney” Parker as recalled by “Uncle Jack” Scheimreif, Beach Haven, NJ.

I love this shirt, very sharp looking, the buttons are sharp! Everything about the shirt is great except for two small points. First, the sleeves seem a bit too long in relationship to the size of the shirt. It's not bad enough to return it but it felt odd that the sleeves were so long compared to the sizing of the shirt. Secondly, the cuffs are a good inch or so wider than most of the cuffs I see on other shirts. Again, not a big deal but I would prefer a slightly narrower cuff width. For the money you pay for this shirt, it should really be perfect and because of these two points it simply isn't.
Thanks for you insights, Joe. Although there are some things that bug you about the shirt, I am grateful that you love it overall. The two points you call out are, well...intentional. The sleeve length is adjustable somewhat using the second cuff button. To us, it's always better to have a sleeve that's a little too long...than one that is too short. And the sleeve cuff width. Most cuffs are 2'. We think that is too wimpy. We make ours 2 1/2'. You may not have noticed, but we also off-set the location of the sleeve cuff button. It is not centered on the cuff. This allows the sleeve to 'ride' more naturally on the wrist.
All of this notwithstanding, i want you to be 100% satisfied with your shirt. You just should not wear a shirt, or any garment for that matter, that gives you any negative feelings. You can return it within 30-days for a full refund.
