Tanguis is an extra-long staple variety prized for its natural bright-white color and is significantly softer, stronger, and longer lasting than other cottons. It naturally resists pilling, shrinking, and disintegration over time. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThe Yarn\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe use combed and ring-spun process for making our slub yarn resulting in a 20\/1 weight yarn. The slub spinning process results in an irregular, thick and thin yarn. After the cotton fibers have been spun, they are combed to remove any impurities or imperfect strands. \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eThis is step-level change that significantly improves in the quality of the yarn. After that, each cone is yarn dyed in batches to obtain a deep and consistent color throughout the knitted fabric.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThe Build\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe use a full cut-and-sew with side seams construction.
