Uncle Jack Scheimreif was a bayman. There wasn’t much that swam in or flew over the bay that didn’t end up in a pot on the stove or in the rotisserie. In his middle years, before cancer got his right leg real bad, he did a stint as the butcher at Beal’s Market on Bay Ave in the center of Beach Haven, NJ. He could put the hurt on a side of beef best as anyone ever could.
In the fall and winter, it wasn’t unusual to see a couple hooved legs sticking out from under a blue tarp on the west side of his house next to his beloved Barnegat Bay Sneakbox…courtesy of one of his Pine Barren pals, still on the hoof, skin and all. Not gonna lie, some of ‘em were roadkill…but a whitetail is a whitetail and an unusual treat for a bayman.

We don’t use a 3rd. fulfillment house to process your order. We pick, pack and ship all orders ourselves from our own warehouse. If we receive your order by 12pm PST, we usually ship it to you that day. Otherwise it will ship on the following business day.
Returns & Refunds
If you aren’t happy with what you’ve purchased from Atlantic Rancher, you may return it to us in like-new condition within 30-days of purchase and we’ll process a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s) being returned.
Returns after the normal 30-day window are for store credit only.
