Shipping
We don’t use a 3rd. fulfillment house to process your order. We pick, pack and ship all orders ourselves from our own warehouse. If we receive your order by 12pm PST, we usually ship it to you that day. Otherwise it will ship on the following business day.
Domestic Shipping
We offer USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air. You can choose the shipping option that best meets your needs at checkout and your shipping cost will be calculated based on your shipping choice.
International Shipping
We ship to many international markets via DHL (shown below). Note that customs and other import duties will likely be applied to your shipment at the time and point of entry to your market. These additional charges will vary by country are the responsibility of the persons receiving the shipment.

Returns & Refunds
If you aren’t happy with what you’ve purchased from Atlantic Rancher, return it to us in like-new condition within 30-days of purchase and we’ll process a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s) being returned.
Returns are easy, but please follow our process. Email us at orders@atlanticrancher.com, include your order number in the subject line and tell us what you'd like to return and why. We'll review your return request and email you a RMA (return merchandise authorisation) with the return-to shipping address. Please be sure to package your item(s) thoughtfully so goods aren’t damaged in the process. Select and use the carrier of your choice as return shipping is not covered by us. Please select “signature required” to ensure your return package is receipt confirmed.

n Returns & exchanges must be received by us within 30-days of your purchase date.
n Items being returned or exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, in as-new-condition.

n Please include a copy of this packing list with your return, that will enable us to process your return / exchange. Note that it takes 5-8 business days to process returns.
We’ll let you know via email when your package has been received, inspected and your refund is issued. Refunds usually take 5-8 business days to process.
