Shipping
We don’t use a 3rd. fulfillment house to process your order. We pick, pack and ship all orders ourselves from our own warehouse. If we receive your order by 12pm PST, we usually ship it to you that day. Otherwise it will ship on the following business day.
Domestic Shipping
USPS Priority Mail is our default carrier and service. UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air as well as other priority services are available. You can choose the shipping option that best meets your needs at checkout and your shipping cost will be calculated based on your shipping choice.
International Shipping
We ship to many international markets (shown below) via DHL and UPS . Note that customs and other import duties will likely be applied to your shipment at the time and point of entry to your market. These additional charges will vary by country are the responsibility of the persons receiving the shipment.

Returns & Refunds
If you aren’t happy with what you’ve purchased from Atlantic Rancher, you can return it to us within 30-days of purchase date. Please be sure to include the original packaging. The garment must have the hangtag attached with cord unbroken, be unworn and unwashed and “as in new condition.” Also include the original packing slip which will identify you as the sender and enable us to quickly process your return and issue a refund as soon as it arrives. If you don’t have the original packing slip, please include a note with your name, address and telephone number.
Returns are easy, but please follow our process:
Email us at orders@atlanticrancher.com, include your order number in the subject line and tell us what you'd like to return and why. We'll review your return request and email you further instructions including the return-to shipping address. Please be sure to package your item(s) thoughtfully so goods aren’t damaged in the process. Select and use the carrier of your choice as return shipping is not covered by us.
Please remember the following:
n DO NOT REMOVE THE HANGTAGS.
n Returns & exchanges must be received by us within 30-days of your purchase date.
n Items being returned or exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, in as-new-condition.
n Please include the original packaging
n Please include a copy of this packing list with your return, that will enable us to process your return / exchange. Note that it takes 5-8 business days to process returns.
We’ll let you know via email when your package has been received, inspected and your refund is issued. Refunds usually take 5-8 business days to process.
