I purchased a Hudson Canyon 1/4 zip in Plum and was very impressed with the overall quality of the sweatshirt. The color was exactly what I was expecting and the fit was perfect. I'm confident I will have this sweatshirt for many years and look forward to trying to wear it out!

Purchased the PURPLE 1/4 Zip…one word: GORGEOUS. Strange word, I know, for an outdoorsy kind of clothing item but it’s really great looking!!

I’m 6ft 200lbs with an athletic build and a large fits great everywhere but it could be a little longer. The collar is perfect to block the wind and everything is build very well. It has lasted about a year and is still in good shape which is twice as long as my carhart jackets usually live for. I will be buying another one.
I really like the fit, feel, and quality. It comes with a very nice vintage but not fake texture. And I think it looks great on me!

Absolutely incredible! The weight and feel is perfect. The cotton is soft and warm. I’ve been asked numerous times in the past 2 weeks of ownership where I got it. I will be ordering the Costanza burgundy shortly.

I have bought Hudson Canyon Seasalt sweats in both 1/4 Zip and Crew neck. I am at a stage in my life where I only purchase Quality Items and these sweats are well constructed, sturdy and comfortable. I love the colors and the washed out look and have purchased these in both Navy and Brick so far. I have also purchased these Sweats as gifts, the recipients were very happy and all of them commented on the quality. On a personal touch, when I placed my last order I received a text from Victoria asking to verify the sizing of the shirts I ordered as they were very varied. We discovered Atlantic Rancher Company’s Hudson Canyon Sea Salt Quarter Zip sweatshirts through an Internet search with specifications for all cotton heavy duty fabric, and stone – washed type fabric finish.
This sweatshirt met all of our specifications based on the product description on the website.
We ordered five of the sweatshirts in different colors and took the email recommendation of a staff member for sizing.
The sweatshirts have exceeded our expectations in terms of fit, the look and feel of a fabric, and the weight end durability of the sweatshirts.

This item is super soft and comfy. I bought the olive color and it has a worn and faded patina, that l’m sure only gets better with time.

Bought a quarter zip and it’s worth all I spent on it. Premium quality, true to size, and not like many I found on the market. Color options were great too. Even got a hand written note in the package. Lots of intention behind what the company is doing.

Hudson Canyon 1/4-Zip
Is the Hudson Canyon 1/4-Zip worth stealing? Someone took 2 out of my rural mailbox. Is the Hudson Canyon 1/4-Zip worth twice the price? I reordered and paid again for the “missing” items. I don’t think I’ll live long enough to wear them out. I’ve put them in my Last Will and Testament to my son in-law along with the 1969 Porsche.
The Hudson Canyon 1/4-Zip is built for a lifetime. I ordered XXXL because of my concealed carry status. Too Large. Return went smoothly and XXL is just right. Well made by our Canadian friends and neighbors. I am old and life is short. Just do it. No regrets.
So glad I found this. Best looking/fitting 1/4 zip I own. The fit is just right. Not baggy, but not fitted. The cinched waistband gives an old school fit that creates a great silhouette. The collar stays in place and does flop around. I’m 5’11” 200lbs and the large fits perfectly. Will be buying more!
This shirt arrived just as described online and exceeded my expectations. The cuffs and waistband are snug and comfortable. The material feels strong enough to stand up to frequent wash and wear for years to come.
Care Instructions
Our Hudson Canyon Sea-Salt Wash Sweatshirts and Sweatpants are pigment dyed and require special care to preserve the vintage, worn-in look of your garment. Please follow these recommendations to avoid permanently damaging your garment.
Always wash your garment separately, in cold water and tumble dry in low heat. Note your garment might show “color bleeding’ and you might need to repeat this process.
Never use a Tide Stick or any other stain remover product or device to remove stains.
Grease, oil and other food stains are very difficult to remove. For best results, apply a small amount of Dawn® liquid detergent directly on to the stained area, rub it in gently with your fingers and let it soak in for about one hour. Then rinse thoroughly with warm water. DO NOT use brushes or other course devices to scrub any part of your garment as doing so will penetrate the surface dyes and expose the raw cotton fibers and leave white spots.
NOTE, THESE ARE THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE GARMENT...NOT YOUR PERSONAL BODY MEASUREMENTS. Also keep in mind this is a knit garment, which unlike a woven garment, has substantial expandability.

Our new Saturated 1/4 Zip Sweatshirt does not have the sea-salt finish, instead a saturated color finish is applied resulting in a deep color saturation. Both use the same base fabric, a sturdy 20oz cotton, tightly knit for longevity and warmth. It’s prewashed, it won’t shrink, it’ll retain its shape yet has plenty of give.
And please note, this is not your skinny-mini-hipster-tailored fashion sweatshirt meant for looking hip on your way to SBUX. Our Hudson Canyon 1/4-Zip is cut Old School, full and broad through the sleeves and torso, perfect for layering over other shirts, and just right for under layering to a coat or your overalls. We don’t use a 3rd. fulfillment house to process your order. We pick, pack and ship all orders ourselves from our own warehouse. If we receive your order by 12pm PST, we usually ship it to you that day. Otherwise it will ship on the following business day.
Returns & Refunds
If you aren’t happy with what you’ve purchased from Atlantic Rancher, you may return it to us in like-new condition within 30-days of purchase and we’ll process a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s) being returned.
Returns after the normal 30-day window are for store credit only.
