Refund policy

If you aren’t happy with what you’ve purchased from Atlantic Rancher, return it to us in as-new condition within 30-days of purchase and we’ll process a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s) being returned. Returns made after 30-days from the shipping date are not eligible for refunds, only for store credit. 

Returns are easy, but please follow our process. Email us at orders@atlanticrancher.com, include your order number in the subject line and tell us what you'd like to return and why. We'll review your return request and email you a RMA (return merchandise authorisation) with the return-to shipping address. Please be sure to package your item(s) thoughtfully so goods aren’t damaged in the process. Select and use the carrier of your choice as return shipping is not covered by us. Please select “signature required” to ensure your return package is receipt confirmed.

We’ll let you know via email when your package has been received, inspected and your refund is issued. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to process.
