Bought the lobsterman sweater and absolutely love it, upon receipt it had a small defect..I reached out to Anna in customer service on dec 31st and she responded within 2 hours with a replacement on the way and a return label for the defect…she kept in touch the day after new years and was paramount to getting it right…she sent the replacement immediately, not after they received the defect..she shipped immediately—unheard of nowadays…sweater is heavy, warm and receives compliments every time in public
